Our Original New York Vanilla Cheesecake Mix provides an easy base from which to make this famously creamy, vanilla cheesecake at home, almost from scratch. Our mix comes complete with preparation and baking instructions, and all the necessary ingredients, except egg and cream cheese. New York Cheesecake is most popular when served alone, but certainly you can create variety by garnishing with fruits of the season, cinnamon, cocoa, or chocolate chips.
